It's made by Delphi Engineering, and it seems so over-engineered, but it has been reliable. There are people on a few of the quadrasteer/denali forums that have over 400,000 miles with ZERO issues with the rear steering. People have put them in the mud, etc. and no issues. Also, larger wheels/tires (37"+) with over 200,000 miles and again no issues. It seems the one issue that it does have is moisture getting up into the "control module" which is under the bed, above the axle..and that module is like $1200. I have taken the connectors off of mine and they look like new inside, but I put some dielectric grease in there and it should help the longevity. If it ever fails, it has a safe mode which returns it to 2 wheel steering again. (see: Escalator broken - temporarily stairs)
